Declares the cognitive lens in play — analytic, creative, systems, or meta modes.
Says how the agent is thinking, as opposed to intent (what it will do) or vector-of-self (the state it is in). Multiple lenses may be declared when a request is genuinely ambiguous, with one marked primary. Avoid declaring modes that don't actually shape the reasoning.
