Generic typed container for NPL prompt-section blocks — labelled chrome for known types, a warning for unknown ones.
NPL prompt sections give content blocks semantic meaning about how they should be interpreted — a syntax definition, an example, a diagram, a format contract. The section element wraps that content with a labelled header.
